Trimming hair does do huge improvements and also the oils. I do olive oil masks about once a month and that helps so much, my hair grew a lot and it's beautiful. I recommend oil masks.

i've been treating my hair "nicely" over the past month and i see a huge difference in its texture...i don't blow dry my hair wet...i use head band-style curling (amazing!)...and my Achille's heel would be me without my organic coconut oil, it's changed my life AND my hair ...love the vid =)

ive been trying to get my hair back to normal for a while now and i dont knwo what to do!

when i wake up I shower
i work all day, and my hair gets oily.. but i dont shower until the next morning because overnite it get so bad its gross.
even when i dont work. it gets oily the next morning. it gets too gross to not shower. The oil levels are way high and i dont know what to do. because i cant go to work with oily hair. Help? plz?

I just randomly saw this comment. When I was going to hairdressing school we were taught that tar based shampoos can help. But you should ask a professional.

There are several types of dandruff if you try something over the counter make sure it's for your type of hair follow the instructions for the alloyed time stated on the bottle if it doesn't help you should probably consult with a dermatologist.

Your hair grows a certain amount of inches per month some faster than others, ends split for several different reasons, heat,color,enviroment,etc if it grows 4 inches you should trim one to keep the ends from soliciting up. Regardless of what u have been told there is nothing in a bottle to mend split ends.
