Fantastic video, I have been looking for a workout that I can do at home for a while because I work nights and this is wonderful. I am really tall for a girl 5'9" and I just haven't been able to ever get rid of this extra weight around my hips/tummy, the first time i ever did this workout, I couldn't even get half way through it, and now its my 5th and I can do more then half and feel great! I want this to be apart of my daily routine. I wish I could really work out with you! Thanks so much for this video.

three more times! Oh man! Love it though, a great workout to do at home! one question though, when I do stuff in plank position it really makes my shoulders ache, am I doing something wrong or is this normal?

I just did it, it's great to do something than than just crunches! And my arms feel like they got a work out, too, from holding that plank for so long!

Wow I just tried this and lets just say im half way there. haha Im an so out of shape but this is challenging and motivating and less itiminating than walking into a gym.
