I'm sorry Sonia I'm glad it worked for your sister but it didnt for me. I watched your video and looked up reviews for this product and tried it it didnt work on my hair the way it was supposed to. I'm very sad. I don't know how long your sister dyed her hair black but mine was an accident and I had to keep up with a soft black til I could find a way to remove it. I have been dying just my roots mind you for almost 2 years. The reviews that got me to buy this were from two other customers recent in 2012 who had been dying their hair black for 6 years and over. They said it removed their dye completely and that it was a miracle. So I decided to buy it and try it in hopes that it would work, However it didnt the most it did was take away the recent dye jobs like 2 and 1/2 in on my roots the color your sisters hair turned the rest is still black or has slight red tint thats it. and I waited the approx. time followed all instructions and no better result than other hair dye removing products I've tried. I had to try the product twice cause my hair is so long and to try to remove more color and nothing. I'm glad it worked for your sister but it didnt work for me.
