Here is the video for my Bikini Challenge Entry :-) I was really nervous to take the bikini pic but now that I see it, it has helped me realize just how far I've come. The races, getting back into a bikini, and my new found confidence all started with Tone It Up. I can't express how much the community that Karena and Katrina created has really helped me with sticking to my Healthy and Fit Lifestyle. I love my Tone It Up family.
