Hello Everyone! This video shows step by step instructions on How To Wash Your Lavish Dream Hair Extensions. How often you should wash your LD hair extensions really depends on how often you wear it and how much styling product you use on them. I recommend washing them between 10-20 wears. Because hair extensions do not get the natural oils that our scalp produces, it is very important to use sulfate-free, organic formula, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner for dry/damaged hair followed by deep conditioning treatment or a hair mask to keep your LD hair extensions silky soft and tangle free.

Product I used in this video:
Lavish Dream Hair Extensions, 160 g set, color # 613 (bleach blonde)
Sulfate-free Teatree Mint shampoo by Organix
Hydrating Teatree Mint conditioner by Organix
Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil intense moisturizing treatment
Tresemme Heat Protector

Step By Step Instructions:
1. Fill up the sink half way with lukewarm water and dissolve a quarter size of shampoo in it.
2. Put your Lavish Dream hair extensions in the water to soak for 5 minutes.
3. Apply shampoo and very carefully massage it in to the hair without tangling it. Leave the hair extensions with the shampoo in the sink for 2-3 minutes.
4. Rinse off the shampoo with lukewarm water.
5. Apply a generous amount of conditioner and work it into the hair without tangling it. Leave the hair extensions in the sink with the conditioner on for 5 minutes.
6. Rinse off the conditioner with lukewarm water
7. Apply a deep conditioning treatment or a hair mask, work it in to the hair extensions and leave it in the sink for 10 min.
8. Rinse off the hair mask with lukewarm water.
9. Gently towel dry your hair extensions, apply heat protector on wet hair, and let them air-dry overnight.
