Awesome thanks so much for the tips, I have been also eating more fish even though I do not like fish. And just to let you know it also helps your brain cells to be healthier!!!! I am bipolar with major jealousy issues so I am really trying to lose weight and help my brain...fish green veggies chicken...I cannot stand sushi :/ So maybe one of these days I will just suck it up and make myself eat it! Thanks so much for your help.
