I know this isn't what I normally film videos about, but I think it is so important that I share my story with anxiety to help others out there who are dealing with it and have no one to turn to. Remember you can always talk to me! I will be here, and I know how you feel. Big changes can also mean big anxiety (as I know from personal, immediate experience) and you need to know that that is ok and that you can overcome your anxiety.
