e.l.f has a concealer brush that is small like that ,and I use it all the time with gel or cream liner :)

I've never used gel eyeliner like this. I use short strokes, not back and forth. If I did it like that it wouldn't work. I was surprised at the end when it was so precise. :)

It's all in the brush that I use... its the Bdellium Tools 760, and the unique shape of it allows you to go back and forth.

That's neat! I saw that the brush was definitely different. I always have to do strokes because if I don't, my skin will move and it will crease. I can see how this would work on your eyes though :)
