Pleas read. This look will work for both hooded eyes and non-hooded eyes. The blue color will make brown, and hazel eyes sparkle! If you have blue eyes replace one of the blues with brown, of you have green eyes replace the gold with purple. I did the look with a budget in mind :P I picked my favorite drugstore eye shadow! I will be doing several videos for the budget concise makeup junky! I will also do some high-end tutorials! Pleas let me know what you would like me to do.
