Hey guys!

I was prompted to make this video after a whole bunch of people on my videos, and messages on my Facebook fan page, were saying how they wish they had my level of confidence.

The reality is, I still have 'those days'. You know the ones - where you wake up and don't see the point. Where you look in the mirror and analyse every single spot, mark, blackhead and pore, and wonder "Why me?!". It can get the better of you.

So how do I get through those days? I get realistic with myself. I get honest! I know what my skin is like, and I know how to treat it. I don't let all those negative emotions and thoughts take over my brain and rule my world anymore. I just tell myself the truth - that what I'm going through is temporary, and I know I can handle it, because I've been there done that sista! *Snaps fingers*

In this video, I go through all the tips I have used to gain confidence and feel happy about being in my skin. It has taken time to feel confident and at peace with myself. Some people can develop this sooner while they are in high school, but I know I didn't! It's only now, years later, that I feel comfortable being who I am and realise I am good enough.
