This is the recipe for the all in one chocolate orange and marshmallow cupcakes.

Hope you enjoy them as much as you do making them like I did.

Set your oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas Mark 4

Cake Ingredients:
Self Raising Flour (200g/1 2/3 cups)
Granulated Sugar (preferably Caster) (140g/~3/4 cup)
Cocoa Powder (1tbsp)
Marshmallows (12)
Butter (175/~3/4 cup)
Orange Zest (1 orange)
Eggs (2)

Butter Icing Ingredients:
Butter (100g/~1/2 cup)
Icing Sugar (200g/2 cups)
Terry's Chocolate Orange (at least half)

Decorations:
Hairbo
Mikado (Daim)
Icing Pens
Halloween Cupcake Cases (12)

Cupcake Method:
- Measure out the cake ingredients
- Mix all of the cake ingredients (except marshmallows) together
- Line if the cupcake tray with the cupcake cases
- Fill a third of each cupcake case with the batter
- Place a marshmallow in each cupcake case
- Cover the marshmallows with the remaining batter
- Place the baking trays in the oven for 15 minutes

Butter Icing Method:
- Measure out the butter icing ingredients
- Melt the Terry's Chocolate Orange
- Mix all of the butter icing ingredients together

Decorating Method:
- Remove the cupcakes from the oven once they are done and allow them cool
- Spoon a generous amount of the butter icing on top of the cupcake and use the back of the spoon to spread the butter icing outwards and rotate the cupcake at the same time
- Decorate the top using Haribo, Mikado, icing pens

- EAT!
