Hey guys today i will show you how to lighten dark upper lips area. For this you will required

1 Potato
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey

How to do it:
Take one small potato peel of and blend it in mixture and then Mix all the other
Apply on dark upper lips area. Leave it for 10-15 min. wash away with warm water. Use this for 2-3 times a week till you get desired results
