OMG! I found this picture on instagram and it was AWESOME. The picture was of a black winged eyeliner with orange and black polka dots all over it. It was straight Halloween in my opinion. I would totally do those colors for a Halloween party if I was cool enough to attend one. So I decided to go with silver and black since it matched my outfit for the day.
