Smashbox Primer Water Review: Worth the hype?!

I've recently fallen in love with the *new* Smashbox Primer Water, only to find out it's a total dupe for the MAC Mineralize Charged Water! The Charged Water costs $23, but they've repackaged it and put it on the market as Smashbox's brand new Primer Water, selling it for $32. Both companies are owned by Estée Lauder. And plus, if you have a MAC Pro card, the Charged Water costs as low as $14! Why pay double the price? Are they TRULY the same product?! Hmm.. :)
