Best pressed powder for dry skin?? At the moment I use revlon's pressed powder and it gives my skin matte look and feels cakey as well as dry.

Powder isn't really that good for dry skin. I like urban decay, Ben nye, & japonesque powder, not really a fan of the rimmel :). Maybe if you sprayed (slightly dampen) your brush with a setting spray or something like mac fix + and then applied the powder it won't make you so cakey dry.

I have dry skin and don't wear powder all over my face. Just my t-zone. I like Nars Crystal Light Reflecting Powder (you won't see any visible shimmer) This powder is kind weird, it will appear that the powder is not being picked up by the puff, but it is. This powder is more than likely the most finely milled PRESSED powder that you'll ever experience. Its not super matte, which is why I like it, due to my dry skin. Another one to try is Mac Careblend Pressed Powder. Its geared toward dry, sensitive skin. You don't really hear too much about this powder because everyone always talks about Mac Skinfinish, which in my opinion is geared towards normal, combo to oily skin. The Mac Careblend powder DOES have a little coverage though whereas the Nars one has NO coverage. If you want a little coverage, try the Mac, if you don't want any coverage, just a light setting or blotting powder, try the Nars.

Try a setting spray, although I second the Nars one however I prefer to use it as a loose powder rather than a setting powder.

I also agree on the setting spray. I actually use Urban Decay "Chill" Setting Spray. Its cooling & hydrating. But I still have to use a powder on my nose during the day for touch ups. My makeup is still intact, but my nose still gets shiny.
