I'm assuming it's a latex allergy. I used lash grip. I now have matching styes on both eyes. Any good natural eyelash glue recommendations. I really love wearing lashes too.

Try Revlon's lash glue. I have a latex allergy to lash glue as well.

Does it stay on all day/night too??

Hi, Mallory!

I actually happen to work in eye care as an ophthalmic technician, so your post caught me attention.

Usually, a true allergic reaction doe not include the formation of a "stye"--to eye doctors, a "stye" or "chalazion" is actually a pimple-like lesion on your eyelid. Like a pimple, styes are filled with pus and often form a white "head." They are usually caused by a blockage in an eyelash follicle or one of the oil-producing glands on the edge of you eyelids--what some people here call the "waterline" of your eyelid.

If what you've got fits that description, you can combat the problem with warm compresses. Just soak a clean wash cloth with warm water and lay it over your eyes for about ten or fifteen minutes. Do that at least twice a day for a few weeks and the styes will slowly go away. Unfortunately, this problem really can take a long time to clear-up so, even though sounds horrible for me to say this, I really do hope that you just got an allergic reaction and not actual styes! They can take as long as 4 months to go away.

If what you got was just itchy, red, puffy eyelids with lots of tearing, that would be classic for allergic conjunctivitis--an allergic reaction. If you really do have styes, you might want to visit your eye doctor and talk with them about any other treatments to make the styes go away faster.

Yes it does. I love the brush tip applicator it has. I've never had a problem with my lashes lifting in the corners when I do wear them.

I was just going to post about this today. I wear false lashes a few times a week and have been using the same brand of glue ( have replaced a few times too ) but in the morning my eyelids are swollen and I can barely open my eyes. There sensitive to the touch and slightly red. I never thought it could possibly be an allergy. Just thought I was tired from working nights.
