I use my BB cream as a light coverage foundation. I'm just curious if you use it for the health benefits it claims to provide or if you just use it as a base for under your main foundation? Are you seeing any benefits either way?

Skin benefits, not health. **
I'm using a B do your BB cream just at the light coverage foundation for now. I don't think it's providing me with any skin benefits to be honest. It just matches my skin really well and feels good.

I use a CC cream as my foundation & it has an anti aging serum, light moisturizer, primer, and a non chemical spf 50. Don't know if the anti aging serum is working. But I would guess the spf would be beneficial to my skin. Oh, and it gives med-full coverage.

Most American BB creams don't have the health benefits as they aren't made for that. I have the Dior BB creme and while it's not supposed to have health benefits my skin always looks smoother the day or two after I use it.

I've not really noticed any benefits, I just wear it when I'm wanting to wear a lighter makeup look, the spf in it is a bonus.

I love my BB cream, it has spf and I have noticed my face is smother and I get far lower occurrence of pimples.

Erin has a good point. I think Korean bb cream has more health benefits. I live in korea and have used bb cream for the last 5 years. Foundations give me breakouts but bb cream does not. So, I only used foundation for special events and bb cream as a daily go to.

I Agree It Cosmetics cc cream is just as good as a serum it's packed with anti aging ingredients and spf 50/and medium coverage you can't beat it.
