I was watching a Nicki Minaj music video and I took a screenshot because I loved her hair! How would you do them?

Hmmm, try a huge curling iron? They have those in I think Florida but I don't know. Try rollers?

Thankyou Monique! Yeah, a curling iron would work but because they are so dramatic I'm just not sure which type...

Put it in rollers when damp, allow to dry and then set with cold air.
