Tarte Amazonian or Kat Von d lock it foundation?

Should I get the tarts Amazonian clay foundation or the Kat Von d lock it? I have oily skin and acne.

I tried Tarte's last summer and I didn't like it at all. It doesn't have even close to full coverage and it was actually way too drying and would flake off throughout the day. I still have a whole tube of it. I would sample them both first and see. I'd also pick up a sample of Urban Decay naked skin foundation. I have acne-prone oily skin and even before I had my acne under control it never made it worse, it offers really nice coverage - I only have to use concealer sparingly, sometimes not at all- but it also has a light consistency and feel and hardly ever goes cakey. If it does I just take a damp sponge to it and it's perfect.

Tarte is a reallly good brand for acne prone skin. I do find that it flakes a little bit on my forehead, but if you have oily skin than you shouldnt have that issue. Just make sure you moisturize and prime with it.

I know nothing about the Tarte foundation, but the Kat Von D foundation is my holy grail. <3

I have the Tarte foundation mineral powder and I love it, I use it mostly in the summer. It isn't full coverage.. more medium coverage. But I do love their brand as it's gentle enough for my skin ☺

I have the tarte maracuja foundation and I love it - coverage is medium and good and I also have the KVD powder foundation that I also love for absorbing oil and I have layered both before n got great results too.. Haha why choose just 1!? :P I know that's horrible but both are good for acne prone skin but I like the KVD better for absorbing oil as a powder
