Is There Any Chance Of Using Dried Eyeliner?

I have liquid eyeliner which has dried,is there any way I van reuse it or should I throw it away??

I know some people who add visine to it for use. If it is dried from age, I would toss it.

Liquid eyeliner is one of those things that if it is to dry to use, it is probably too old to use anyways. Old eye makeup=eye infections :-( Can be a real bummer when it's an expensive product that you love, I have a few things a should probably toss but just can't bare to lol.

Saline contact solution can revive it. I have had liners dry out within a week of purchase (bad packaging), so it may not be that it is dried from age.
