My. Hair. Is. A. Mess. 😩
I don't have any hair care routine anymore which I know is a pretty bad thing. I used to wash my hair once or twice a week (with masks and everything), spray a mix with water+oil every day, do the pineapple hairstyle every night... And my hair was really good at that time. Now?! OMG... It's like dry as hell! No more beautiful curls, it's half straight, half frizzy, half curly but not in a beautiful way. And as I told you they are so so so dry.
What should I do to get my hair less dry and get my curls back before I restart my routine?
Oh and I bought biotin, what do you think about that?
Thanks loves!

Maybe start using coconut or Aragon/maroccan oil in your hair after you shower or whenever it's damp. I wouldn't suggest biotin unless you see your doctor first!

As for shampoo and conditioner, have a look at the organix range :)

I think before you take biotin you should talk to your doctor or nutritionist. Biotin is a B vitamin and if used when it isn't really recommended can cause bad acne and runs the risk of throwing off other vitamins in your body.

But deep condition your hair twice a week and try sleeping on a satin pillow case.

Before you wash your hair, oil it very well. coconut oil works best. you can do this the night before or even a few hours before. shampoo the whole hair once then shampoo just your scalp and roots and then condition your ends well.

LUSH do some amazing products for your hair and whenever my hair is in need of a little pick me up I use retreated hair conditioner which mm smells lovely.
Aussie hair products are just fab! They have many different conditioners for different hair types.

Use a shampoo then when it comes to the conditioner slap a lot in concentrate on the ends and wrap your hair up in a towel for several minutes then wash it out. I sometimes will quickly apply a little more conditioner and wash it straight out afterwards.

It's all trial an error for what works on your hair as it differs person to person.

Biotin is a B7 vitamin and if you're a non vegetarian (or even just eat fish) you should be getting enough of it in your system :) Get a blood test done to see if its safe to consume. If your body doesn't need it then there is a risk of throwing all the other B vitamins off which results in side effects. Since you bought the biotin, you can crush a pill and apply it to your masks or shampoos! That way your hair gets the b7 benefits and it doesn't get absorbed into your blood stream.

I would restart your routine and subsequently, your curls should come back!

I personally have had really consistent luck with Herbal Essence shampoos. Hello Hydration is made to soften, dry hair and it was one of my favorites when my hair was acting up some years ago. I also really liked totally twisted, although I have wavy hair that shampoo gave me soft curls. A stylist in a bottle :). If you feel like your hair is breaking Honey, I'm strong is my current favorite. The dry winter weather destroyed my hair and this is making it less brittle and more manageable (it also smells like pouring pound cake all over yourself and is soooo yummy). I listed some of the ones I thought would benefit you :) Good Luck!!

Please don't take biotin without seeing your doctor. it's unlikely you have deficiency, so you could have some side effects. use coconut oil to strengthen & add moisture back to your hair.
