Dumb question.. Shadow or liner first?

I do eye shadow then liner, I feel like this is do what ever floats your boat lol.

I have done it both ways, but usually shadow then liner.

Always shadow first soo that you have a clean crisp line.

Yaya, I agree but for some reason when I do wear both and I do liner last, it doesn't turn out as black as it should.

Stephanie what liner are you using? try and go over it a few times maybe... if mine doesn't look as black over the shadow I usually go over it with liquid liner.
