I've been on the hunt for a good powder highlight and I can't seem to find one! something preferably under $40 please!

Well matte highlight - I like the cover girl true blend pressed powder in the lightest color.
Make Up For Ever kit 2 has a nice matte one too
Anastasia Beverly Hills contour kit has nice highlighting powders too. It's just always sold out lol.

Other highlights - NARS albatross is so worth the hype haha
MAC Mineralized Skin Finishes are lovely too. I love soft and gentle.

Drugstore: Maybelline Master Highlights are great! Really great, finely milled powder, no chunky glitter or anything. They come in a bunch of colors, too!

High-end: Mac Mineralize Skinfinshes or theBalm Mary Lou-Manizer

Sleek or soap and glory are pretty decent for their price.

Agreed that Nars albatross is worth the extra payout. I also love the urban decay flushed palette which includes a highlight and the too faced candlelight x

I really like the stila all over shimmer highlighter. I got it in the stila kitten set (it has 4 products in the kit) and I think it was like $20 so it's not too expensive.
