Blow dry your hair upside down

There's teasing too. I personally just use dry shampoo because it also just gives a fresher look to your hair, along with the volume. It's not meant for volume, so it's not a huge difference but it does help.

Along with what they've said^, you can purchase volume pads to put under a portion of your hair.

If you blow dry upside down, ounces its dry use cool air real quick, it should hold roots out for longer. its hard to get volume on long fine hair if that's what you have tho. same problem I have. not even my Cosmo teacher could do it.

There are volumizing powders that I use that work really well along with teasing! I think Chi has one and so does Bed Head and Batiste and Big Sexy Hair.

You could use a round brush, depending on length of your hair, which size you should choose.
Blow dry with that, you could use a "root lifter" Paul Mitchell's is really good and my favorite brand.
Or even moose would work!
Hope this helps! Have a good day, xo!!
