Shany vs Coastal Scents?

I was surfing Amazon's beauty section and came across a Shany palette that looks exactly like the Coastal Scent's 78 product palette. . . They're different colors but literally everything else is the same. The Coastal Scent's one is like $2 more. What's up with this?

The first one was Coastal Scents and this one is Shany.
