I'm not 100% sure what to do but I think using a cleansing shampoo and condition will help get some of it out!

The same thing happened to my sister and with the same dye! If you give your head a small scratch, the dye should come off. Just sleep on it and see where it gets you.

I'd say try to keep washing it but it might make your color fade it you do it right away, try to wash it once and wear a hat tomorrow! :) then wash it all out tomorrow.

Scrub it & wash it. you should have used manic panic for a blue tint, not splat

I asked my hairstylist mom and she said use a neutralizing shampoo (it balances the ph after coloring) and it should remove some of the dye from the scalp
