If you have a near by Lush near you, their Grease Lightning is a great spot treatment. I just got a tiny sample yesterday and dabbed it onto a deep painful pimple and it literally shrunk it down to 3/4 of its size overnight! It contains Tea Tree. I would test it out on your skin first, because some ppl's skin can't handle tea tree oil.
***Note: You can always go in and just ask for a sample, and don't have to purchase a full sized bottle. Also, pick up the tea tree toner tab for $2 if you can and they will probably be more willing to give you the sample of Grease Lightning since you made a purchase even if it was a small one. (that's if you're not looking to spending a lot of money)***
