Okay beauties, I am going to have to invest in some new foundations soon. Depending on the prices I will get a few. Here is what I need from you all though.
I need a dewy finish foundation that is great for dry skin and has good but buildable coverage.
I also need a matte foundation that is good for dry son with good to buildable coverage.
Thanks in advance for the help. oh and also what do you ladies find to be the best way to get that dewy finish?:)

I have dry skin and for my powder I use Rimmel matte pressed powder I absolutely loveee it!!

I just bought Frankie Rose Matte perfection foundation.
It's supposed to be for all skin types... if you e-mail them they send you 3 samples ( the color you pick and one darker and one lighter. ) I'll take a before/after picture later if you like ☺

I recommend the Revlon Colorstay 24 hour Foundation and the Eimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder! Love them both! I use these both about every day.

I have the colorstay and I love it, but it just doesn't always do my face well. It still shows all my dry spots

I have the same problem in certain areas, and when I moisturize well before I put it on it usually doesn't show my dry spots anymore!:)

Laura Mercier is also really good for dry skin! And full medium to full coverage.

I only applied two layers with a damp sponge. Using a flat paddle will give you tons more coverage ( that's with any foundation though.)
