Wax, my mum has a hairy face and its the only thing that works and prolongs the hair removal x

But whatever you do, don't shave it no matter what. It makes it ten times worse x

Waxing or if it's not too dark or thick you could bleach it.

Thread it! I wouldn't wax around the eyes ;skin is extra sensitive and thinner in the orbital area you will pull and tug on the delicate area making the skin saggy over time.
