Acne scars?! URGENT HELP NEEDED!

So I break out on my chin and I usually get them cleared up within a few days, but one pimple didn't seem to go away really fast. I got it to go away but it left a spot on my chin. It's not like a regular acne scar because it has no texture, it's just a red spot under the skin and I can't seem how to cover it up and my usual acne medication doesn't do anything to it! Is there a name for these things? And how do I make it go away?! Thank you so much!
