I have combination skin, but it's mainly dry. What's the best cleanser/ wash that can help moisturize my face but keep acne away at the same time?

Try a cream cleanser, like Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser. It contains salicylic acid, but doesn't contain SLS, which causes foaming and can dry your skin out.
Also, make sure you're using a moisturizer after you wash, I recommend Aveeno moisturizers, they're great.

Biore Charcoal Deep Cleanser. Thats what I started using and it works great! The charcoal works in taking the dirt out of your face and deep cleansing. Leaving your face feeling really clean and fresh.

I would try products from Murad. Right now I'm using the green one for my complexion amd redness and I've also used their vitamin C one and it's been really great for my dry skin.

Definitely use a cream cleanser. I agree with the recommendation Hannah w have you, to use the neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser.
