I really, really, really suggest you check out the Smashbox Master Class 2 Palette. It is literally God sent and a staple in my makeup collection. It has 28 eyeshadows, 1 bronzer, 2 highlighters, 5 blushes, and 4 cream eyeliners. Now, I personally think palettes with a million different colors and things are typically not high quality, but this palette is something else. All of the powder products are super pigmented, smooth, and buttery. The cream liners are also awesome. This is a great product because of it's quality, price, and endless opportunities. Now all you need is a good foundation, setting powder, and trusty mascara and you basically have all that you need to get started!

I hardly wear foundation :/ so maybe another girl can help with tht.

I would recommend that you start out using cheaper brands that you can practice with all you want without having to worry about "wasting" it because you spent so much money on it. Get all the "staples" of makeup, such as concealer, foundation, primer, mascara and eyeliner, and just experiment with those. Try out different eyeliner applications like winged liner and cut crease, and then you can progress into trying more things when you feel like you have that down.
