Turmeric rele helps lighten but also irritates the skin if used to much trust me personal experience I use it now once a week or sometimes even once every other week :)

Yes works well you won't see a change overnight for me it took about a month and I used it once a week I have oily acne prone and a ton of acne scars I mixed mine with raw honey and love it

I agree. The more you fuss over your skin, the more you risk irritation. While it is important to care for it, you want to permit it to breathe and rest. I use a masque but once a week.

Turmeric iritates,but it so good for your skin..!you can use gram flour with that!so it wnt iritate!

Once a week is best and if you never tried it before I highly advise a patch test to be done behind the back of your ear to see if it brings about a reaction. You can mix it with coconut milk. Three times a week is just way too much for many and since its a DIY I would tread very carefully and just only do once a week max.

Nope, all face masks are exfoliants (even if you don't have anything abrasive in it) so you need your skin to keep rejuvenating cells. If you apply a mask everyday, it prevents the healing process and will leave your skin tender and sensitive :) I hope this helps

I do use everyday?especialy for pimple it s so gud!I dnt know about hney mixng!ppl do apply with gram flour,in south india.and it works.
