I have a chocolate , dark carmel skin and my face been having white bumps on it lately. Since I'm chocolate , when I bust it , it has these black dots that be on my face for MONTHS. I just want to put a end to it & also Note : I'm into vitamin, rich , natural products. I don't wanna hear anything that has chemicals in them , or proscribed from a doctors.
I don't trust doctors like that. I get scared jf they end up giving me the wrong meds or face care , and either kill me or make what ever it is worse.

You can't bust millia and they would be flesh toned not white, sounds like white heads and the only way to get rid of them is to use products that will clear your skin up,

And retinol is a chemical ,anything you put on your skin will have chemicals in it from a cleanser to a moisturizer I don't get what your afraid of ,if you wash with soap that has chemicals ,if you don't take care of it ,it will just get worse and leave marks all over your face

Yes , but there is soaps that DONT have no chemical things in it. But thank you @Traci. I just don't wanna use some of the products because my skin is sensitive and can break out to almost anything.

You can use things for sensitive skin hun but you don't want to just do nothing because your skin will get worse ,you can go on 100percent pure.com they are 100 percent organic and vegan and have skincare body care they have cleansers scrubs and everything but just know organic things can break you out also

The gentlest cleaners that you can find and that are always recommended by dermatologists are Spectrogel and Cetaphil (both found easily at drugstores). They don't foam etc, but are extremely gentle, even for the most sensitive of skins. It's definitely worth trying them out as it sounds like your face is creating extra sebum to replace that which is being stripped by harsher chemicals, resulting in whiteheads. For a while ensure that you don't use any mechanical exfoliators either, but eventually find very gentle chemical ones. Bet of luck honey!

Try to book an appointment to see a dermatologist, it is the only way to provide peace of mind!
