I have kinda of straight brows. I don't care for overly arched brows but I wouldn't mind having a little more arch but that's now how my brows grow.

I have naturally straight brows and creating an arch is really hard so I have learned to love both looks. if I want a dramatic arch I have to pluck off the ends of my brows completely and draw them on lol

I love my arched brows. But some people look beautiful with straight brows! It just depends. I like your straight brow :)

@Brittany R... I agree. I also don't have much of an arch & would love to have a little more of an arch but I don't like an obviously fake arch. I love this girl's brows. Not too "done" looking, full (but not too full) with a subtle natural arch (just because you can, doesn't mean you should).

Even though a high arch can be flattering on some, it can be unflattering on others. Straight brows can be just as beautiful arched brows but it just depends on your face shape. And actually an overly arched brow can give a angry look, a perpetual surprised look or a Sleeping Beauty evil queen look depending on your other facial features. Here is a pic of some brow guidelines. And as you can see, a straight brow is actually the perfect brow for a long face to visually shorten it.. The most arched brow (but not overly arched) is recommended for a round face to create more height in the face.

But these are guidelines, I still think you should use your natural brow shape as your guideline before shaping them.

I thought I was some kinda freak for having straight eyebrows! Mine naturally have NO arch, neanderthal style. I have played hell to create even a tiny arch.

This is the root of my eyebrow obsession, haha. I can rarely get my own brows to look even remotely feminine, so I have serious eyebrow envy when I see people with lovely arches.
