My spa started offering medi peels one of them is the skinmedica vitalize peel. what was your experiance with it?
also I use a lot of anti aging products retin-a, aha's. bha's vitiamin c etc. how far in advance before the peel should I hold off on using my regular products

I haven't done this peel but retin a should be stopped one to two weeks before your peel it makes you a lot more sensitive to the peel but the rest you can still use.

Thanks Traci! last time I used the retin-a or it may have been Differin.. can't remember which I used was wed so getting the peel on Friday would be ok?

Yea nex friday but make sure you let them no they are going to make you fill out a form with what your using or atleast the are supposed to.
