I need suggestions for a reasonably priced neutral matte palette. I'm a beginner with eyeshadow and while I do have some colored and shimmery eyeshadows that were mostly bought to go with specific outfits and stuff I want something neutral to develop my skills and technique. Priced preferably below $25. Thanks!

Try the coastal scents revealed palette. It's 20$.
It's a dupe for both naked 1 and 2, they aren't all mattes but a lot of them are.

If you're willing to spend 3 more dollars, you can pick up the Urban Decay Naked Basics palette. It's got 6 neutral shades, all matte :)

Oooh, now I'm confused. I like that the revealed pallette has more colors but I do like the idea of the naked basics palette too.
