Use gramflour and curd!mix together.and apply it for an half n hour.and wash it.

Sadly, there's no quick method to remove tan, you need to exfoliate, moisturise well and wear sunblock until it fades.

I don't think you can without bleaching creams. Use sunscreen with a high spf and stay out of the sun if possible.
