I have one on my lower stomach and love it, but I am also not planning on ever having children. It is something to consider, if you want kids then go for the arm.

Arm. I got a tattoo on my hip when I was 18 and I'm almost 24 now and have had baby. Tattoo ruined. I love my arm ink though because you can always admire it and show it off!!

Yeah also with lower stomach if you ever have surgery and that area needs to be cut open I know of many peoples tattoos that didn't line up anymore
