Heat is not bad for your hair. What's bad is not using heat protectant, and having the heat too hot. I know this cuz I got my hair to grow back after I accidentally burned it off. (Long story.)

I agree Kacie you DO need a heat protectant and you DONT need the highest degree it can go to, by doing that it will keep your hair WAY. More healthier

Slight heat actually stimulates and encourages hair growth. But I never use heat on mine! If I had to pick my favorite thing about myself it'd be my hair:) I don't brush mine either though or my waves/curls get frizzy

Lol like Brittany said, if I brush it, it'll be frizzy & crazy because my hair is curly. I just finger comb through the knots when I have conditioner in.

Well I feel blessed with long extremely straight hair!
I didn't realize a lot of people aren't able to air dry and have walk out the door ready hair.
For wanting different styles of hair with out using hot tools it's really simple if you just get out the shower Or have a water spray bottle on hand :)
The possibilities are endless without heat!
You can make beautiful waves with rope braids.that is my favorite :)
