My MAC stippling 107 brush won't stop shedding hairs all over my face!

Do you after you wash them hold it with like the hairs up or down? because when you do it with the hairs up the water can still drip down and get to the glue.

All my MAC brushes shed they're just not that great sigma has awesome brushes that have never shed on me.
