I think the title pretty much says it all, but is there a difference between the two?

These ladies are right. I think the big dividing factor is makeup wipes are specially designed to remove makeup. Meaning they were made to be used on the delicate eye area, while usually we are advised to avoid using the average skin cleansing product on our eyes

Thanks ladies! I was just wondering about the cleansing wipes because I might want to get some for when I go camping. Can cleansing wipes be a substitution for actually cleansing/washing your face?

I think if you have no time you could. Like if you're spending the night at a friends, got home drunk etc.that they could be used instead of washing your face, but I wouldn't do it everyday. I'd go with the oxy pads if that's what you plan to use them for, those are designed to keep acne at bay rather than just remove makeup.

I use makeup wipes to get most of the gunk off of mt face then I wash my face with my Clarisonic. I use makeup wipes everyday but I wouldn't use them on there own to remove all of my makeup. If you are gping to use them I recommend just using the to get the majority of the stuff off your face first then wash youe face.

Why not try baby wipes they work fantastic but not the off brand ones...they irritate your skin... pampers qnd luvs are great for removing make up and a quick.cleanse.

I brought cleansing wipes on a camping trip. I think for a camping trip they are super convenient but I wouldn't depend on them everyday-which I don't think you were planning on doing.
