Seriously every single post I make gets zero comments unless I keep reposting it. all I wanna do is learn, so it's really discouraging to never get any criticism or recognition of my efforts.

Thank you, lovely. <3 I didn't actually go out in public like this cause I was just wanting to practice dramatic makeup. way out of my comfort zone lol.

I love the lippie! I would bring that dramatic crease down a little more, blend out a tad and fill in my brows, but you still look flawless! :)

I love this pink lip on you, the only thing I would change is how high up you took the shadow but that's really a preference thing and how harsh it looks towrards your brow bone but both things can be fixed easily so overall I think you did a great job, just blend it some more and it'll be great 💕💛

If I was you I would start by toning the eyes down allot you have such big beautiful brown eyes and all that black eye shadow you got going on just hides them. I love the colour of your lips tho very sweet! I think if I was you I would go for a lighter colour around the eyes also if no one is helping you out try you tube there's loads of amazing tutorials x

@Jenna it's a personal preference. I like dramatic eyes & lips together.
thanks shafuq! I still need a lot of practice lol.

The idea is great and looks beautiful btw.
I suggest not goinf so high on the eyelid. I would stop around the crease if you wanted to use 1 color on your lid. also the color above your brow looks a little too white not sure though it may be the lighting. I would also suggest you define your brows if you want to really complete the look.
the lipstick is amazing on you btw. absolutely gorgeous

Thank you ladies. I have no tools to blend so that aspect of it definitely sucks lol. I went a little overboard. but it was fun :)

I just wrote a huge paragraph and it didnt post:(
it looks good but I suggest that you stop the eyeshadow in your crease if youre using one color. it shouldnt go too high. also the white above it looks a bit too white but it may also be the lighting. if you really want to complete the look you can define your brows too.
love the lipstick on you btw and youre gorgeous!!

I agree with Jenna L. Choose either eye makeup or lips to bring out. Like if you're doing bold lips, tone it down on the eyeshadow and if you're going to focus on your eyes more, do a light or nude lip color.

Thank you guys so much. this is why I need help lol. I haven't tried filling in my brows yet because I don't have the $ to buy stuff. but I'm definitely looking forward to doing my brows! lol.

I feel that the eyeshadow is too high up on your eyes. try moving it down a bit and blend blend blend, I can kind of see the line where the eyeshadow ends. also the highlight looks a bit off to me. the colour looks a bit too white on your skin. I would choose a highlight that is more nude

I think it's to bold and goes to far up

You can never go wrong with "balancing" makeup (bold eye, neutral lip; bold lip, neutral eye) but sometimes a bold eye AND bold lip can look fantastic! ✨

My first suggestion is bring your eyeshadow down to your crease, as it's pretty close to your brow bone.

Also try adding some depth & dimension by fading from light to dark. This is considered a gradient eye. Apply the lightest color in the inner third of your eye, then a middle shade, and finally the darkest shade in the outer third. Blend blend blend!

With a dramatic eye, your brows should always be shaped. Not dramatically, but just enough to add structure.

Dollhouse pink looks beyond fab on you!

Keep practicing and never get discouraged. 💗

Good luck!

Blend blend blend!! Don't take the dark color like that all the way up it should be gradient

Great combination of colors however it's a little too much. You have to tone down the colors. You might wanna try a blending brush that will also help tone the colors down and make it look a little more together. Great color choice however that will be a great smokey eye if done correctly

I like a dramatic eye too, and do alllllll kinds of crazy color combos. I think just a lil more blending so there's not as much of a line, and you'll have nailed it. On a side note, Claire you sound very angry
talking to everyone like that. Constructive Criticism is called so for a reason.
