I have NEVER done a smokey eye in my life, and I need to perfect it before this Tuesday. I'm in a play, and the director wants my character to have a smokey eye! Please help, any tips, or pictures that could help me out? :(

It's actually the opposite of a gradient eye so keep the dark color on the lid and the lightest one on the crease and blend it really well.

This was my own personal attempt of a smokey eye. Used a gel liner as a base, a black shadow (Sugarpill Bulletproof), and then added the purple just for something different. Not perfect, but something.

Keep calm when you're on Stage youre eye make up doesn't have to be Perfect because the audience won't See Little differences ;) when you do a Stage make up it also should be a Little Bit "overdone" and don't line your waterline Black because it Makes your eyes smaller and on Stage you want your eyes Big and expressive
I hope I could help you good luck for your Play :)
