How can I get the black dye out of my hair? I definitely don't want to bleach :0. I've been using a hair lighten shampoo and I see some difference but its still black../:

Well to lighten hair you have to bleach in some degree, but if you go to a salon they can use a lighter bleach that wouldn't bleach your hair completely bit just to a light brown.

Yes stripping your hair from color is a suggestion, but it is just as bad as bleaching, and if you want it a light brown the salon will have to color a light brown after the stripping of color... I think you will get the best result if the salon just do a "mild" bleaching of your hair so that it turns brown.
