:( I've has this over a weeeek. I've used expensive face wash and cheap face wash some spots sting and my face looks fowl. I'm so anooyed about my skin and upset. Howdo I get rid.

Are they pimples? you can put a hot wash cloth on them. tea tree oil, honey, peppermint oil, or ice as a spot treatment.

I think I will go for the hot wash cloth how do I do it do I steam my face or do I put cloth in hot water and put it on the spots?? How long do I leave it on for & how long do I do it for.

I would recommend seeing a doctor again and maybe ask for something else. I know you're probably getting a thing which takes at least a month or two to work but it's so worth the wait. My face used to be terrible but now it's almost all clear.

Put hot water on the wash cloth & leave it on your face. I honestly am not exactly sure how long to do it for, though. at least 5 minutes should be safe to do. you can find Traci through the thread about Peter Thomas Roth I think it was. I'll check.
