Take care of your hair by not using bands or anything that can cause tightness. Also no dyeing, curling, straightening or anything that can cause dryness to the hair. Also don't brush too often. Be sure to contact your doctor as well :) I hope I helped.

Also wash hair regularly with mild shampoo. Be sure not to brush with wet hair it snaps off hair that can still be growing! Once drying hair dab and don't rub too hard. Get a lot of sleep and exercise regularly. Be sure to get enough iron. Good sources of iron in your diet include: liver, beef, pork, fish, leafy greens, fortified cereal, beans, and?pumpkin seeds.
Also proteins, vitamin C, and Omega 3 is very important.
Good sources of vitamin C include: Citrus fruit, green leafy vegetables, salad, baked potatoes, tomatoes



Good sources of Omega 3 s include: tuna, salmon, mackerel, flaxseeds, and walnuts.

At cvs or any drugstore in the hair product section they sell a bunch of liquid stuff for hair thinning/balding you can use the men or women. some products can take as long as nine months to work. but its worth it. also you should try your very best to stay away from stress, that causes hair loss and zits. I know this bc its happening to me and happened to my mom

Your hair is supposed to fall out around 100 or more strands fall out each day! Now, if it's falling out in chunks, you'll want to ask your doctor or just google it. You can also loose a lot of hair if you're stressed.
