Ughh... I have bags under my eyes n puffiness and I just look super tired all the time.!! :(

Even if the spoona might work - it is very very bad for the sensitive skin under you eyes, so don't do that!
cucumber slices can help a bit the same for tea bags :) But the best you can do is to use a caffeine eyeroller l, like the one Pia posted and a really really good I cream for night time :)
