Mm if it doesn't go away or the irritation gets worse you should go see a doctor. it could be an insect bite mark.

If you woke up with it its likely a spider bite. you should be fine, just put some ointment on it. if you start to feel I'll within the next two three days, then consider your dr.

It appears to be a blister. It's possible there's a small splinter in your foot and now its irritated. If its not getting better...see your doctor.

I can see the little bite mark in the middle. It's definitely an insect bite! It could either be a spider or a mosquito bite like everyone said.
