Do a hair mask once a week and take protein pills to help strengthen you hair. Also trim you hair once every six weeks to keep on top of any split ends :)

There are no miracle products or methods. hair growth depends on genetics, the health of you & your hair. don't just go taking pills. always talk to a doctor first or you risk side effects that can be serious enough to put you in the hospital. I can give you tips to keep your hair healthy, which promotes hair growth if you'd like?

Enjoy Hair Care has a Growth Stimulator foam that you can put on your scalp once a day or every other day, and it will make your hair grow. I was trained on the line by the owner of the company, and its made out of 100% Human Hair Keratin. Totally works!

If you get it trimmed regularly, and do not brush it wet. But the getting it trimmed actually really helps and I have no idea why.

Depends on your hair type, only get trims if you have dead ends other wise it's going to be the same length if you keep cutting it lol also don't wash your hair in hot water, warm Is decent after that I usually put some argon oil in my hair. Strengthening hair masks once a week, don't wash your hair everyday and lay off the heat products it really helps 👌 and if you do use a heat protectant hm salfate free products because salfates are bad for your hair so I heard! Massage your scalp whenever you got the time & that's all the advice I got for you lol my hair was that short I really saw a difference once I planned on starting to grow it out :)

There's no miracle for hair growth, but you caaaan help simulate it's growth! Like Jacqlyn said, don't take Biotin!
I had to cut off 6 inches of my hair because it was split up so bad, and it's been 2-3 months and I can proudly say I've got no split ends and it's been growing fast and thicker
It may not work for you, but here's some of the stuff I've been doing!
- Shampoo & condition every other day, make sure to massage your scalp while you shampoo ( I use Not Your Mother's Long and Strong ) If my hair is oily or gross in between days, I use Batiste dry shampoo
- Use a good hair mask once a week ( I use Briogeo Don't Despair, Repair )
- Use a leave-in conditioner ( I use Infusium 23 Repair and Restore )
- Let either coconut oil or aloe vera sit in your hair, it's said to stimulate hair growth! ( It seems to work, but regardless, it made my hair feel nice! )
- Use a boar hair brush ( it's gentler and causes less breakage )
- Use as little heat/styling product as possible!
- Eat a balanced diet and drink water! If you're like me and struggle with eating a good diet, take vitamins! I use Women's One A Day, but I wouldn't recommend them if you have a good diet.
- Very importantly, just trim your hair as soon as you've got 1/2 inch of split ends, it's better in the long run
I don't know that all of this will work for you, but it's definitely kept my hair in wonderful shape!
